Joseph Niebur

Joseph Niebur - President

President of Niebur Golf, Inc. since 1991, Joseph Niebur has participated in the day to day operations of Niebur Golf, Inc. Joseph has been constructing golf courses for over twenty years. Most recently, Joseph has taken an active role with Niebur Golf Development, LLC&rsquosemicolons development and management activities.

Troy Coats - Director of Development

Since 1998, Troy has coordinated new golf course, subdivision and office building development for Niebur Golf Development, LLC. Prior to joining Niebur Golf, Troy was V.P. for a land development firm that designed and constructed residential subdivisions in the state of Colorado.

Doug Charlson

Doug Charlson - Co-Manager

As Co-manager of Traditional Golf Management, Doug Charlson currently oversees all operational issues associated with running TGM's portfolio of golf courses. Doug works directly with each respective golf course owner, manager, and superintendent. Doug also is currently the President of The Summa Group, Inc., and holds a CPA certificate from the state of Iowa (currently inactive)

Joe Kostka - Project Manager

Joe has been working in land development and construction management for 27 years. He joined Niebur Golf in 2006 and was the project manager for Oak Creek Golf Club in Maryland. He is currently managing a project in Nevada.

Carisa Martinez

Carisa Martinez - Commercial Properties Manager

Carisa joined the Niebur Golf staff in March 2006 and is taking on the role of Commercial Property Manager and Human Resources Manager. Carisa manages a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Colorado Springs. Carisa is also the Human Resources Manager for Niebur Golf and its related entities.

Justin Pate - Utility Manager

Justin Pate has worked in the utility industry for 15 years. He started his career with the family owned business of Pate Construction working in all different aspects of the industry. He attended Colorado State University to study Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He has brought his expertise to Niebur Development and their clients by heading up our Utility Division.
