Joseph Niebur - Owner/CEO

President of Niebur Golf, Inc. since 1991, Joseph Niebur has participated in the day to day operations of Niebur Golf, Inc. Joseph has been constructing golf courses for over twenty years. Most recently, Joseph has taken an active role with Niebur Golf Development, LLC’s development and management activities.

Troy Coats - Director of Development

Since 1998, Troy has coordinated new golf course, subdivision and office building development for Niebur Golf Development, LLC. He is involved in every aspect of the development including due diligence, financing, design, and the leasing and sale of properties.

Troy continues to have an active management role in all golf courses and commercial real estate owned and managed by Niebur Golf Development.

Greg Bartold - Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Since 1992, Greg Bartold has been involved in monitoring every aspect of Niebur Golf's current and future golf course construction work.  In 2004, Greg was promoted to Vice President of Niebur Golf.

While retaining his responsibilities with Niebur Golf, Greg currently oversees all financial operations for Niebur Golf and is a Board Member of the Golf Course Builders Association.

Greg also communicates with facility owners regarding all budgetary requirements.

Oscar Rodriguez - President

With over 25 years of worldwide experience in golf course construction, Oscar Rodriguez has ensured the success of over 100 projects. Oscar’s unique and extensive expertise has enabled him to promote a Team Approach to every construction project regardless of its size, location, or complexity. While maintaining company standards for Quality, Safety, and Service to Clients, Oscar is responsible for the proper development of all projects. From preconstruction to completion, Oscar promotes communication and cooperation amongst all Project Team members including Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Field Staff. Representative projects of Oscar’s involvement are Punta Espada Golf Course, Dominican Republic; Silver Rock Golf Club, La Quinta, California; and Tumble Creek Golf Course, Roslyn, Washington.

Chris Louis - Director of Real Estate & Acquisitions

Chris Louis works with Niebur Golf Development, LLC to purchase distressed commercial real estate projects in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and the Chicago area. Types of properties include office buildings, retail centers, and golf courses.

As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Illinois, Chris has brokered commercial real estate since 2007 and was the managing partner, developer, and broker of Heritage Crossing in South Elgin, Illinois.
